CIISEC is a specialist electronic security, communications and data contractor. We design, install, commission and service in-building systems as one programme — for builders, electricians and client-side PMs.
The name is the brief.
Communications. Infrastructure. Integration. Security. CIISEC was founded to deliver the in-building systems that keep Australian workplaces, hospitals, campuses and venues connected and protected — as a single design, a single install, and a single aftercare path.
Our people have spent their careers on the same scopes the market already knows: CCTV and access control, structured cabling and fibre, audio visual, DAS, GPON and locksmith. We started CIISEC to run that work in-house — quote transparently, document the job, and finish with a handover a facilities team can actually run.
We engage early, sit under a head contractor or a direct client, and deliver with our own crews. No subcontracting. No mystery handovers. One partner, full scope, structured project control from day one.
We are Australian owned and based at Level 6, 156 Pacific Highway, Greenwich — on the North Sydney doorstep of the commercial corridor we serve.

In-house crews
Design, install and commission with our own people. We quote transparently, document the job, and reduce rework instead of hiding a fourth-party behind a cover sheet.
Standards first
Gallagher, Milestone, LPR, ICT — platforms we actually install. Shop drawings, test results and as-builts are part of the job, not a nice-to-have.
Kept live
Handover is not the end. Preventative maintenance, after-hours response and a technician who already knows the plant.

Discover
Site survey, existing plant, constraints, and what ‘done’ actually means for operators — not just for practical completion.

Design
Shop drawings, hardware schedules, network architecture and a programme that fits the head contractor or the live environment.

Deliver
In-house install, coordinated with other trades. Clean containment, labelled plant, daily reporting that a client can read.

Commission
Test, certify, train. Credentials, as-builts and a walkthrough with the people who will run the system at 6am.

Maintain
Preventative schedules, monitored plant, and a call path that does not bounce you through a call centre in another timezone.
